How will I receive the documents that I purchase?
A document that you wish to download will be available in several different ways:
- After completing the purchase, you can download the document immediately. Click on the blue document link on the order confirmation page.
- Documents will also be emailed to you immediately after you place the order.
- Documents you have downloaded are available on the My Account page.
How long will I have to download my documents?
Documents may be downloaded for 30 days after the order is placed.
How many times can I download my documents?
Purchased documents may be downloaded up to 3 times.
What should I do if I can’t download my documents?
Please contact us if you have any issues downloading your documents.
How do I access my documents after the initial purchase?
All previously downloaded documents are available on the My Account page.
What is the format of Validation Center documents?
Regulations & Guidelines, and FDA Warning Letters are all in PDF format. The Validation Templates and Software Quality SOPs are MS Word documents.
