How will I receive the documents that I purchase?
A document that you wish to download will be available in several different ways:
1. After completing the purchase, you can download the document immediately. Click on the blue document link on the order confirmation page.
2. Documents will also be emailed to you immediately after you place the order.
3. Documents you have downloaded are available on the My Account page.
How long will I have to download my documents?
Documents may be downloaded for 30 days after the order is placed.
How many times can I download my documents?
Purchased documents may be downloaded up to 3 times.
What should I do if I can’t download my documents?
Please contact us if you have any issues downloading your documents.
How do I access my documents after the initial purchase?
All previously downloaded documents are available on the My Account page.
What is the format of Validation Center documents?
Regulations & Guidelines, and FDA Warning Letters are all in PDF format. The Validation Templates and Software Quality SOPs are MS Word documents.
